Sandra first fell in love with anatomy in high school when she took a kinesiology class. After pursuing an undergraduate degree in neuroscience and discovering anatomy in a new way, she spent many hours in yoga teacher trainings to deepen her understanding of how the body moves. Finally finding herself in massage therapy school, she knew this was the integration of all of her passions.
When receiving a treatment from Sandra, you can expect a detailed assessment during the first appointment to determine the best treatment course to address your needs. Her treatments include a mixture of traditional (Swedish) and non-traditional massage techniques including joint mobilizations, remedial exercises, and education/home care strategies. As a high-energy person, Sandra’s treatments tend to be more on the active side, although you’ll still leave with that post-massage “aahhhh” blissful feeling.
Don’t be surprised if she tries to share some anatomy facts or jokes with you, too!
Please wear or bring clothing you can move comfortably in (i.e. shorts and a tank top) to allow for proper assessment.

Verity is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Given half a chance, she could happily talk about Osteopathy all day long, but would much prefer that people experience it for themselves. Her approach to treatment is centered around removing the root cause of dysfunction, and helping patients rediscover their optimal health.
Just like it’s impossible to touch a single thread of a spider’s web without affecting the whole thing, her experience receiving Osteopathic treatments taught her that sometimes the areas of the body where pain or discomfort are felt are just the effect of dysfunction in a completely different area. She also discovered that Osteopathy was not a form of wizardry, but a way of thinking about the body and how the parts relate to each other structurally.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and mountain biking with her family or reading a book in the sunshine. She’s also been known to optimistically take on physical activities like mud runs that leave her wondering whose terrible idea it was to begin with (always hers!).

Pam started her career as an RMT in 2018, to say she has a real passion for it would be an understatement. Her own experiences and interests have led her down a unique path in the massage therapy world beyond the usual methods and modalities used by RMTs. Melody has always been passionate about working with children/adolescents and ensuring that their voices are heard, and their needs are met. Throughout her education and career, Melody discovered how Attachment Theory aligns with this passion. Melody believes that building a secure attachment with your child is the best protective factor for a child as they grow and develop. Parenting is messy and it’s hard. Circle of Security Parenting offers a practical and easy-to-use framework for understanding and meeting your child’s emotional needs, which allows for parents to form that secure parent-child attachment.
Living in such a face-paced, nonstop society makes being a kid really hard these days. Kids are bombarded with pressures from all areas of their lives with little time to process their thoughts and feelings about what is going on in their lives. What we all need – kids especially – is to have a space where we can just be ourselves with no outside pressures. It is in these spaces that we can develop and learn how to make sense of our thoughts and feelings.
Melody provides trauma-informed, attachment-based parent counselling, Circle of Security Parenting for individuals and couples, and child counselling for kids 0-12 years old. Melody draws from different therapy modalities to address the needs of her clients. Melody desires to meet her clients where they are at, provide empathy and compassion, and explore with them how they can better understand their emotions and move forward as more confident individuals.
Counselling services offered by a Master level Registered Social Worker are covered by most private healthcare benefit plans.
Melody enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is the mother or four lively children. Melody loves being outside near any body of water, playing soccer, snowboarding, rock climbing, and thrifting.

After gaining some experience working with athletes, specifically marathon athletes and triathletes to maintain and recover, Erica made the transition to working with those stuck at their desks in that t-rex position, to help relieve their postural issues while providing a stress-reducing treatment. During this transition, she started to include treatments for families, especially children to help relieve some of their body tension from nervous system dysregulation and perceived growing pains while providing them with a safe environment to relax in. She understands that each client is unique and loves working with the client’s goals to develop an appropriate massage treatment plan.
Throughout these transitions, she has always combined therapeutic massage techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, facilitated stretching and passive movements, and Swedish. Over the years as an RMT, she has trained in Rocktape (Kinesiology) Taping, Myo-fascial Cupping, Traditional Indian Head Massage, and Pediatric ASD Awareness, as well as recently completing an Infant Craniosacral Therapy course to add to her bag of treats.
After having no support of her own while transitioning into motherhood, Erica has been on a mission to gain all the knowledge and wisdom she wishes was afforded to her. Which once again has shifted her treatment focus onto Pregnancy/Prenatal, Postpartum and Infants, as well as her venture into the Lactation world. After becoming a Breastfeeding Buddy Volunteer in 2021, she completed her certification as a Lactation Educator & Support (in 2022) as well as an Infant & Family Sleep Professional to help inform new parents that it’s okay to need help and have questions.

Social Work- Parent & Child Counselling
Parent Counselling- Parenting is beautiful and challenging! It brings to light every weakness and trigger point that parents have developed over the course of their lives. ALL parents are doing the best they can with what they’ve been given. Having a supportive space to reflect about the parenting journey is key to growing into the parent you want your child to have. Through reflective discussion, we will use attachment-based, trauma-informed parent consultations to help you better understand your child's emotional needs.
Child Counselling- Using an attachment-focused, trauma-informed lens, the social worker will use play, art, interactive games, and discussion to collaboratively address current mental health struggles and child/family strengths. Depending on the therapy goals that are co-created, parents/caregivers will be asked to take an active role in the therapy process by either supporting their child during sessions and/or at home between sessions.
