Physiotherapy & Pre/Postnatal Fitness Coaching
Rhonda has a unique approach to help her clients feel their best by combining physiotherapy and fitness/strength training. Her services are ideal for women who are experiencing pain, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis and/or would appreciate individualized guidance with exercise during pre/post pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.
Yoga
Yoga is a practice and lifestyle that calms the mind and centres the body. It restores balance, helps work through stuck emotions and improves mobility and flexibility. The numerous benefits are achieved during class through specific asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathwork). Yoga is not about getting into the perfect yoga posture or being flexible but the journey and what you learn along the way. The yoga mat resembles a safe space of acceptance of who you are when you step on the mat. It will support you through your practice. Yoga is for everyone and does not discriminate based on ability, age, race, gender, sex or ethnicity.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility
Sound Healing
Sound healing helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).
Nurture & Thrive Parent Circle
Nurture & Thrive is a free perinatal peer support group that empowers parents through connection, shared experiences, and practical education. Led by Lisette Weber, a certified postpartum doula, the group provides a supportive space to explore parenting challenges, celebrate wins, and learn tools for resilience. It’s a welcoming community where new parents grow together.
